Welcome to Ocean Floor Creations! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please refrain from using our services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. Please carefully read and understand these terms before proceeding.

Definitions

  1. “We” and “Us” : means Ocean Floor Creations

  2. “Goods” : means the products, items & components which You agree to buy from Us

  3. “You” and “Customer” : means the person who agrees to buy Goods from Us

Orders & Specification

  1. Payments are processed securely, and details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  2. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order

  3. The quantity, quality and description of and any specification for the Goods are those set out in Your order but We reserve the right to substitute alternative Goods to those specified if We consider it is reasonable to do so

  4. We may change the specification of the Goods at anytime to comply with safety, statutory or EU requirements if it does not materially affect the quality or fitness for purpose of the Goods

  5. Both parties (Ocean Floor Creations and the customer) can cancel the order for any reason prior to your acceptance or rejection of the quote provided.

Payments

  1. Payments are processed securely, and details are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  2. We offer 30 days credit from the date of our invoice or otherwise according to any credit terms agreed between us.

Acceptance & Inspection of Goods

  1. You must inspect the Goods on delivery or collection.

  2. If you identify any damages or shortages, you must inform us in writing within 1 day of delivery, providing details.

  3. Other than by agreement, we will only accept returned Goods if we are satisfied that those Goods are defective and if required, have carried out an inspection.

  4. Subject to your compliance with this clause and/or our agreement, you may return the Goods and we will, as appropriate, repair, or replace, or refund the Goods or part of them.

  5. Acceptance of the Goods will be deemed confirmed by you within 1 day after delivery.

Risk & Liability

  1. The risk of the Goods will pass on to you once the delivery has been completed.

  2. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from product use or site issues.

Return Policy & Shipping

We aim to deliver goods within 3-5 business days.

 

Return Window:

 

Customers have a 21-day return window from the date of receiving their order.

 

 

Full Refund Criteria:

 

A full refund will be issued if:

 

 

The product is returned within the initial 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

The item is deemed faulty by us or if there was an error in processing your order.

 

The item is returned in its original, unused condition, securely sealed with all contents included, both within and after the 7-day window.

 

Restocking Charge:

 

A 20% restocking fee will be charged in the following situations:

 

 

Products returned after 7 days showing signs of use.

 

Missing main product or accessories upon return.

 

Items returned in a condition different from the original.

 

Return Processing Time:

 

We aim to process and complete all returned orders within 5 working days. Please note that our office is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

At Ocean Floor Creations, your satisfaction is our priority. We appreciate your cooperation with these policies to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Additional Instructions for posting your package

Securely package the item to avoid damage during return - if possible, please use the original packaging.

Remember to include the Return Merchandise Authorisation inside the package.

Affix the postage label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Affix the appropriate postage to your package. 

Send the parcel from your nearest post office or via the delivery method of your choice. If the value of the items you’re returning is more than £20.00, it's recommended that you use a trackable return method.

Law & Jurisdiction

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England, Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh.

Changes To These Terms & Conditions

  1. We may update these terms & conditions without notice; users should review regularly. Revisions will be posted here.
