Finely ground, white flour, made from maize. Ideal for thickening gravies, stews, casseroles, soups and sauces, due to its fine texture and minimal flavour. Alternatively, use as a binding agent in cakes and puddings. Mix with a small amount of water before incorporating into dishes.
